Edgar Award winning author Donald Sobol is here to talk all about Encyclopedia Brown, the kids detective series he’s been writing since it hit the shelves in 1963.

That was a great interview of Donald Sobol and his Encyclopedia Brown series. I really enjoyed hearing him talk about it and the interviewer did a great job with his questions. I also really like the fact that the interviewer had history and knowledge of the books. That personal tie really made this interview great!

Thanks for posting this great interview! I will be sharing it with some of my library classes at school and I know they will love hearing it, too! I know most of my Encyclopedia Brown books will be checked out after this :)
